About Us

Enness Bridging Finance is a specialist arm of Enness Private Clients. We are a fully dedicated short term funding specialist.

We deal with the full spectrum of short-term financing requirements and have complete market access. Our non-commission led team will use every lending source available, together with our mature network of industry wide professionals, to solve your funding needs.

We have access to  high street banks, private banks, secondary lenders, international banks, offshore banks, private funds, hedge funds, peer-to-peer lenders and private individuals. You will not find a wider range of finance sources.

Short-term finance is a fantastic solution in any number of circumstances, but it is important to remember it is only ever intended as a stop-gap. You pay a premium in return for speed, certainty and the risk the lender is taking. For that reason, we are always looking to get you onto a cheaper mortgage as soon as possible. This is where our specialist brokers over at Enness Private Clients come into their own – full exit strategy and planning will put you, and the lender, in a much stronger position.

We work as fast as you need us to. We will answer our phones and emails on Sunday mornings as if it were Monday afternoon, and we will give you clear direct advice on the upsides as well as the risks. We pride ourselves on being creative and will use your entire financial position to find you the best solution we can.

All we ask for is as much time as possible. As soon as you think you may need a bridging loan, please call us. Every week, day and hour extra we have may mean the difference in thousands of pounds in interest and fees.

Current market conditions

There is a certain degree of flux in the market at the moment, partly fulled by Brexit but also by the Bank of England rate cut. Peer-to-peer lending continues to play a big part, and we are still seeing plenty of new sources of funds.

In recent developments, Aldermore has pulled out of the market entirely, which will hit pricing at the keen end of the market. High value single assets in PCL remain difficult to finance in the short-term without a super-secure exit strategy.

Overall, the outlook is positive, and we expect a very good deal flow this autumn.
